How can I order?

If you are a professional you can order by creating an account first, top right. Don’t forget to enter your VAT number. If you are a retail client this isn’t necessary. Many of these processes are discussed in our Frequently Asked Questions at Infinity Hybrid.

Promptly after successful payment, you will get a confirmation of your order by email. Not received? It is possible it has ended up in your spam-box. It is also possible that you accidentally made a typing error in your e-mail adress. Do you have a question about your order? Mail to orders@infinityhybrid.com.

Mention in your e-mail the order number.

After you place your order, it is promptly forwarded to our warehouse and the package is often packed right away. We would love to help you, but unfortunately a placed order can’t be changed. Please be careful when ordering.

For the Netherlands the shipping costs are € 6.95 for letterbox & parcel post. It’s also possible to send the packages with insurance for € 9.95 so you will be covered in any case of getting lost by the carrier.

Shipping cost for Belgium € 11.95 and Germany are € 6.95 and € 11.95 for insured shipment. For countries other than The Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany, it depends on the weight and volume. It is around this amount for a normal package and 2 days delivery. During the ordering process the final shipping costs will be calculated. Do want a quotation? Please contact us.

No, it not possible (yet) to specify a delivery date to your order. You can always use the comment section on the checkout page to leave your preferences about the delivery date.
Once you have placed an order, you can’t make changes to your order. So please be careful when placing an order. Do you have a question about your order? Please email us or send us a WhatsApp message.
Payment can be made through iDeal, Bank, Bancontact (for Belgian customers) PayPal, Apple Pay, creditcard and banktransfer.
In the order confirmation you get by email, you will find a link to download the invoice. Didn’t get an order confirmation? It may have ended up in your spam. Or maybe you made a typing error in your e-mail address. As a result, you did not get the invoice. You can find all your invoices in your account.
 
You can always ask for your invoice by sending an email to orders@infinityhybrid.com.
We will do our absolute best to ensure you have your Beauty products as quickly as possible. We ship 6 days a week from Monday – Saturday. Orders placed before 15.00 hour will be shipped in 12 – 24 hours.
 
We try to arrange next day delivery. Still, please order on time and calculate 2 – 3 days delivery time. It always depends on our partners that arrange the delivery.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by invoice. All order must be paid during the ordering process.

Once your order is processed you will get an email with track and trace and you can follow your order.
